Russell Ulmer

Russ Ulmer comes to CareOne with over 35 years of experience in the mental health and developmental disability fields. He has worn many hats over those years, having done everything from working with the homeless to adolescents in a psychiatric facility to being the administrator of a county case management program. He also is a training professional, having owned his own training business and presented training programs all over the Midwest. He is currently a certified mental health first aid instructor, having taught over 100 courses since 2015.
