CareOne Medical Group offers a variety of in-home care services for clients of all ages and all stages of life. CareOne specializes in private duty home health aides and caregivers, Medicaid AD waiver, companion care and sitters.

CareOne’s quality home health aides, caregivers, companions and sitters are highly trained to assist clients in daily living tasks such as bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation to and from appointments, medication reminders and more. CareOne formulates care plans with clients and their families to ensure all clients’ needs are met while being able to enjoy the comforts of their own homes.

Nebraska AD Medicaid Waiver

Nebraska AD Medicaid Waiver is a program designed to provide long-term in-home care services for ALL persons who would otherwise be in an institution, nursing home or hospital. CareOne is partnered with the League of Human Dignity and the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging in facilitating caregivers for participants of the waiver program.

CareOne also assists clients in contacting these agencies to determine their eligibility for the Medicaid AD Waiver Program.

Companion Care

CareOne companion care primarily focuses on emotional support and companionship for clients of all ages who are generally healthy and who want to remain independent in their homes. However, companionship care may also include a range of non-medical services that help make our client’s lives more manageable.

Private Duty Sitter

CareOne private-duty sitters offer compassionate one-on-one care in lieu of family for clients with high needs of supervision and companionship during a hospital stay. Allowing our clients’ families to rest assured someone is always there in their absence.
